I started Vertical Momentum Resiliency Podcast because I was blind and I felt I had no purpose.

When they medically discharged me Memorial Day 2012 and told me I was no longer Sgt Kaufman I got scared because I didn’t know who the F😯CK Richard Kaufman was.

So I attempted to take my own life that day but God had other plans.

Thanks to a conversation I had with Gary Vaynerchuk the thoughts of starting a podcast to help others struggling with the same stuff I was started swirling around my head.

Then I lost 90 percent of my vision and sat in one chair for 18 months not moving or having a purpose.

THEN my amigos said you are TheComebackcoach you need to come back.

So I started documenting my journey and then Interviewing others like myself who needed a new mission.
